We work at Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center because we love what we do, we love who we work with, and we love who we serve.
Barbara Lott, our administrator, has served here for 12 years. The supervisory staff working directly under her has an average of 11.5 years of experience here - and several have served for more than 20 years!
Our front-line staff are among the most stable in the healthcare industry, as well. Licensed nurses have served an average of 5 years, medication aides for 4.5 years, and Certified Nursing Assistants for 4.5 years. In the therapy department, both occupational and physical therapists average more than 10 years of service. Dietary staff have served an average of 8 years here, and housekeeping/laundry staff average 6.5 years under their belts.
To give our residents the care they need, we maintain high staff levels. At peak capacity, each aide is responsible for less than 7 residents.
